SI-CE2 Gingerbread Recipe/recette de pain d'épices

Pupils from CE2 have worked on the recipe of gingerbread. Here is a video where two of them present the ingredients and directions.

Les élèves de CE2 ont étudié la recette du pain d'épices. Voici une vidéo où deux d'entres eux présentent les ingrédients et la marche à suivre.


GINGERBREAD RECIPE

Ingredients : (for about 10 people)
- 250g of flour
- half a pack of baking powder
- 125g of honey
- 20cl of milk
- 2 teaspoons of spices (allspice and cinnamon)
- 100g of brown sugar

Directions :
- Preheat the oven at 170°C.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, the baking powder, the
sugar and the spices.
- Warm the milk up and pour the honey inside the milk.
- Pour the mix milk/honey inside the bowl.
- Put the dough in a cake pan and put it in the oven for 1h.
